We offer international shipping included on all orders.

All products are shipped from Spain via DHL Express, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain: 1–2 business days

  • European Union: 2–4 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or external factors beyond our control.

  • US & Latin America: We currently don’t offer direct checkout due to high import duties and customs costs. For LATAM orders, contact hola@productos-de-la-imaginacion.com

Duties & Taxes

International shipping is included in the product price.
However, duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included and may be applied by your local customs authority depending on your country.

Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by the carrier (DHL) or local customs authorities upon delivery.

Customs & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, original shipping costs and any return fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
